Sagada's Orange Country

It is still the usual Filipino food, but with a touch of freshness. The vegetables are superb!Here is what I ate in Sagada.

They are also known for their home-grown oranges in their backyard. You can buy them for 50 pesos per kilo.
Best-tasting Beef and Brocolli. Crunchy Veggies, I love!
Mountain Province are known 'cuz of their red rice
Their Pinikpikan (where chicken is brutally killed then served as food) is different. It has a smokey flavor so expect that it's salty. You may ask why.Here is what made it smokey.
Etag. This is a specialty served for feasts in Sagada.
Aside from oranges, they also grow pears. This is served with vinegar with a dash of salt. Bad for the those with acidic stomachs but great for the food explorer.
Their hot choco is nothing special. Mcdo is better.
